Constructed from heavy-duty steel, this W-Beam style barrier is designed to absorb collision energy and redirect vehicles away from hazards. Whether you are safeguarding a pedestrian walkway, protecting expensive rack ends, or delineating a loading dock, this system is your primary defence against workplace accidents.

Maximum Impact Resistance

This isn’t lightweight decorative fencing. It is structural steel protection.

 

  • Deflection: The corrugated “W-beam” profile increases stiffness, ensuring the rail doesn’t buckle easily under load.

  • Asset Protection: ideal for shielding structural columns, electrical panels, and pallet racking from forklift forks and reversing trucks.

Two Finish Options (Galvanised or Safety Yellow)

  • Galvanised (G Series): Hot-dipped galvanised for superior rust protection. Ideal for outdoor car parks and external yards.

  • Safety Yellow (Y Series): Galvanised base with a heavy-duty Yellow Powder Coat. Provides maximum visual warning in low-light warehouses to prevent accidents before they happen.

Modular & Easy to Install

The system is fully modular. Simply bolt the surface-mounted posts to your concrete slab, attach the rail sections using our secure fixing packs, and cap the ends.

How far apart should I space the posts?

Post spacing depends on the rail length you choose. Generally, posts are installed at 2-metre centres for standard heavy-duty applications. For extremely high-impact zones, spacing can be reduced to 1 metre using the shorter rails.

Can I use this outdoors?

Yes. All components are Hot-Dipped Galvanised as a base layer. This provides industrial-grade corrosion resistance against rain and humidity. The Yellow option adds a second layer of powder coating for visibility.

What is the “Stubby Nose” for?

The Stubby Nose End is a curved steel terminal that bolts onto the end of a run. It deflects wheels if a vehicle hits the end of the barrier, preventing the vehicle from hitting a blunt steel edge or “spearing” the rail.

Can I use this guardrail on public roads or highways?

No. This guardrail system is engineered specifically for private property and industrial use only (such as warehouses, car parks, and factories). It is not approved by road authorities for use on public highways or gazetted roads. It is strictly for off-road asset protection and traffic management on private sites.
