The Industrial Longspan Starter Bay is engineered for high-density, heavy-duty hand-loading applications where standard retail shelving fails. Featuring two full end-frames, it is designed as a standalone unit that supports its own weight and your heaviest gear without needing to be anchored to a wall.
The Configuration
This Starter Bay is Step 1 of our Shelving Builder. It includes:
- 2 x Heavy Duty End Frames: High-grade steel, powder-coated for durability in industrial environments.
- Horizontal Beams: Designed with a recessed step-down to securely hold your choice of shelving levels.
- Locking Pins: All beams include safety locking pins to ensure they remain seated even under heavy upward forklift or hand-loading impact.

Our Longspan system is fully modular. Select your required Frame Height, Bay Depth, and Beam Length to fit your exact footprint.

Note: Ensure you account for the ‘External Bay Length’ when measuring your floor plan to accommodate the width of the upright frames.
