Polyurethane: Lightweight, oil-resistant, and high-visibility orange. Ideal for service vehicles and fleet trucks.
Moulded Plastic: Extremely robust and lightweight, designed for the largest heavy-haulage applications.

Available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, our range allows you to match the chock perfectly to your tyre diameter and vehicle weight, ensuring full safety compliance during loading, unloading, and parking.

1. Material Versatility

Rubber (Black): Features a high-grip base that bites into the ground. Excellent weather resistance and won’t scratch pavement.
Polyurethane/Plastic (Yellow): High-visibility colour ensures they aren’t left behind. They are resistant to oils, fuels, and solvents often found in workshops.

2. Specialized Truck Mounting

For transport drivers, storage is key. We offer a dedicated Small Wheel Chock Holder (SWCH) specifically designed for our small polyurethane chock. This metal bracket mounts to the truck chassis or trailer frame, ensuring the chock is always accessible and secure during transit.

3. Site Safety Compliance

Using a proper wheel chock is often a legal requirement on mine sites, construction zones, and commercial loading docks.Makeshift solutions like wood blocks or rocks can split or slip; our engineered chocks are rated to hold the load securely.

How do I choose the right size Wheel Chock for my vehicle?

As a general rule, the height of the Wheel Chock should be approximately 25% of your tyre’s diameter. If you are parking on a steep slope or carrying a heavy load (like a loaded truck), you should opt for a larger size to ensure maximum holding power.

What is the difference between Rubber and Polyurethane Wheel Chocks?

Rubber Chocks are heavier and provide excellent grip on smooth surfaces like concrete, making them great for loading docks. Polyurethane Chocks are lighter, stronger, and resistant to oil/chemicals, making them the preferred choice for carrying on trucks or using in mechanic workshops.

Does the SWCH Holder fit all chocks?

No. The SWCH Small Wheel Chock Holder is specifically designed to fit the PWC201714 (Small Polyurethane Chock). It may not fit the rubber versions or larger sizes due to differences in width and shape.
