Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Calculations

We offer real-time shipping calculations to provide the most accurate rates possible. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on:

  • Total Weight of the order.
  • Package Dimensions (size).
  • Delivery Postcode.

Address Type: Please specify if your delivery address is Commercial or Residential, as carriers apply different surcharges based on the destination type.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Order Cut-off Time:  2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Estimated Transit Time: 1–9 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–12 business days (Handling + Transit).

Note: Delivery times vary based on your selected carrier and proximity to our shipping hub.

4. Tracking & Carriers

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. We partner with multiple carriers to ensure the best rates and speeds for your specific location and package size.
